Dave Duncan - County Surveyor
The County Surveyor is elected to a 4 year term. The primary duties of the Surveyor are to provide for the surveying and record keeping of all section corners throughout the County. The County Surveyor also maintains records of all regulated drains in the County.Howard County Drainage Board Meetings
Drainage Board Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Mondays of each month, except when a holiday falls on Monday. Those meetings will be held in the Commissioners Hearing Room, #338 at the Howard County Administration Center located on the corner of 238 N. Main Street & Mulberry Street, 3rd Floor.
